1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of donenow.ie ("the site") and the DoneNow launch waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. What DoneNow is right now

DoneNow is a local-jobs marketplace for Ireland that is not yet open. The site currently exists to collect launch sign-ups. No jobs can be posted, accepted or paid for through the site at this time, and nothing on the site is an offer of marketplace services.

3. The waitlist

• Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on you or on us.
• Your queue position and referral boosts determine the order of launch invitations. They are a priority indicator, not a guarantee of access on a particular date.
• One sign-up per person. We may remove entries that look automated, duplicated or fraudulent.
• The launch scope and timing (counties, dates, features) may change.

4. Intellectual property

The DoneNow name, logo and the content of this site belong to DoneNow. You may not copy or reuse them without permission, except as allowed by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to breach its security, scraping data, submitting false information, or generating artificial referrals.

6. Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoneNow is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this pre-launch site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

8. Changes

Before the marketplace opens, these terms will be replaced by full terms covering jobs, payments and disputes. We may also update this version from time to time — the date above shows the current revision.
